. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (Other duties might be delegated).

- Greet, register, and delegates rooms to visitors.

- Keeps documents of space availability and guests' accounts.

- Computes bill, gathers payment, and makes modification for visitors, confirms that the proper charges and credit reports are posted to the matching visitor folio.

- Makes and verifies reservations.

- Must manage to precisely videotape guest details in home administration system.

- Blog posts costs such as space, telephone, meals, or liquor, to ledger.

- Ensure that all situation and money substitutes are taken into account and balances at the beginning and end of each job change.

- Offer management, party, and program assistance to management and personnel.

- Resolves and diffuses visitor problems within range of authority: otherwise refer issue to management.

- Keeps front desk location clean and neat whatsoever times.

- Reviews switch occasions and unique notes with the following shift.
